23bf64ce61 Fix Barron's links to sign in/read more articles 
Bottom (recommendation) article-link stays unaltered (probably timing issue).
Sometimes article holds on to multiple recommendations layout (only intros).

7ef74559b2 Maintenance contentScript.js 
Match domain(s) with url's hostname (instead of full url).
Fixes possible (future) mismatch with partially overlapping domainnames.
Use 'else if' to quit after first match.

9164c4eacf Add Le Monde & maintenance background.js 
Removing Le Monde paywall while keeping article recommendations in paywall-container.
Also removes persistent cookie-banner which links to google.com (only visible with extension).

Maintenance: sites only in remove_cookies settings are obsolete because cookies are erased by default (when not in allow_cookies).
