134852c68f Add custom sites 
Add your own custom sites (also for testing).
Check 'Custom'-link in popup-menu.
By default sites' cookies are removed after page loads (to bypass article limit).
Also you can enable Googlebot user-agent or disable Javascript for (sub)domain(s).

Update of function isSiteEnabled because no match with https://prime.economictimes.indiatimes.com (without dot-prefix).
Dot was added to prevent site.com to match with prefixsite.com.
Result: Googlebot wasn't set as user-agent.

9164c4eacf Add Le Monde & maintenance background.js 
Removing Le Monde paywall while keeping article recommendations in paywall-container.
Also removes persistent cookie-banner which links to google.com (only visible with extension).

Maintenance: sites only in remove_cookies settings are obsolete because cookies are erased by default (when not in allow_cookies).
