Description of example project

GPIO toggle example flashes the leds of the board with a periodic rate

 * LED1 is connected to P4.0
 * LED2 is connected to P4.1
 * BUTTON1 is connected to P3_4
 * BUTTON2 is connected to HIB_IO_1

The example shows how to route the state of the BUTTON2 using the ERU
